Works with any POS

The Bike Shop Service App That Works With Any POS

Trail Hits™ Hub runs your whole service department, digital inspections, estimates approved by text, work orders, and a per-bike service record, alongside whatever POS you already use. Lightspeed® R-Series is a live two-way integration today. Shopify checkout sync is in early access, and Ascend is on the roadmap.

You do not switch your point of sale. Hub adds the service layer on top, plus the customer service history and ride-data intelligence no POS can give you.

Where Your Shop Lands Today

Honest about what is live now and what is coming.

Lightspeed R-Series

Live, two-way. Customers and work orders sync, and approved estimates push back as Workorders. The deepest automation.

Shopify POS

Run Hub standalone alongside Shopify today. Checkout sync, pushing an approved estimate into a Shopify draft order at the counter, is in early access. Request access.

Ascend

On the roadmap. If Ascend is your POS, tell us so we can factor your shop into the rollout.

No POS, or another POS

Use Hub standalone with manual parts. Full inspection, estimate, and approve-by-text workflow, no sync required.

Your Customers Keep the Service History

The service you complete lands in the rider's own app, and points back to your shop.

Posts on pickup

Mark a work order picked up in Hub and a dated, shop-branded service record posts to your customer's free Trail Hits™ account. Works with any POS, or none.

A complete record for every bike

Each customer builds a running service history for their bike, the record a rider actually keeps, so they come back to the shop that has it.

Lightspeed adds the full receipt

On Lightspeed the parts and cost post automatically as a full receipt. For Shopify, pulling the paid order in to price the record is in early access.

The Other Part No POS Has

Every POS tracks the transaction. None of them see how the bike is ridden. Trail Hits™ Hub connects your customers' rides from Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, and more, and turns real miles into component-wear tracking and predictive service reminders that bring the rider back to your shop.

Common Questions

Does Trail Hits™ Hub work with any POS?

Yes. Trail Hits™ Hub runs your service workflow, inspections, estimates, work orders, and a per-bike service record, alongside whatever point of sale you use. Lightspeed R-Series is a live two-way integration today. If you run Shopify, Square, or no POS at all, you can use Hub standalone now with manual parts, and Shopify checkout sync is in early access.

Do my customers see the service I complete?

Yes. When a customer connects their free Trail Hits™ account, every work order you complete in Hub posts a dated, shop-branded service record to their bike's history, so they keep a running service record and come back to you. This works with any POS, or none. On Lightspeed the full receipt with parts and cost posts automatically, and for Shopify that priced receipt is in early access.

Do you integrate with Shopify POS?

Shopify checkout sync is in early access, not generally available yet. Today a Shopify shop uses Trail Hits™ Hub standalone: import your customers, run inspections and estimates, and manage work orders alongside Shopify. The early-access feature pushes an approved Hub estimate into a Shopify draft order so your counter can tender it. Request access to be part of the first group.

What makes Trail Hits™ different from other bike shop apps?

Trail Hits™ Hub is the only bike shop service app that turns your customers' real ride data, from Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, and more, into component-wear tracking and predictive service reminders. Other tools store your shop data. Hub closes the loop to the rider and brings them back when a part is actually due.
