If you're a customer at a Trail Hits-connected bike shop and you share your ride data with them, your shop covers your Trail Hits subscription, no cost to you. Service work auto-logs to your account, component wear meters reset automatically when parts are replaced, and shop inspections build a part-by-part degradation timeline so wear isn't a surprise.
If you ever stop sharing with the shop, you'll get the standard 10 rides free, then $9.99/year to keep tracking new rides.

What happens after my free trial?
After logging 10 rides, you can still view all your data, but new rides won't be tracked until you subscribe. Your existing data is never deleted.
My bike shop uses Trail Hits: do I still pay?
No. If you're a customer at a Trail Hits-connected bike shop and you share your ride data with them, your subscription is covered by the shop. If you ever stop sharing with the shop, you'll get the standard 10 rides free, then $9.99/year to keep tracking new rides.
